CSS came about due to our Director having over 20 years experience within the disability and community care sector in both government and private organisations. Our Director also understands the importance of quality service provision as she has a family member with a disability who requires attendant care services. Our Director ensures that all services delivered by CSS are of a quality that she would expect her own family to receive.

CSS – Care & Support Services will provide quality services in a professional manner. Appropriate services will be developed after consultation with individual service users and their families. CSS – Care & Support Services promotes privacy, respect, trust and integrity as the core foundation of the organisation.

Quality Organisation

CSS is certified as meeting the Attendant Care Industry Management System Standard, which is a standard that ensures the quality of service provision.

CSS is a registered as a Service Provider with the NDIA so can provide services to Participants of the NDIS.
